Purpose

You use this report to prepare an XML file that you send to the National Government Employee Pensions Board (SPV) that contains data relevant for the PA-03 and PA-16 pension agreement.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have prepared the data for the selected reporting period by running the SPV Monthly Pension (PA-03 / PA-16) - Prepare Data report.

Features

This program performs step two of a two-step procedure used for SPV PA-03 / PA-16 reporting. It reads the data prepared by the SPV Monthly Pension (PA-03 / PA-16) - Prepare Data report that is stored in the following intermediate tables:

  • T5SS0_CE ,,PA-03 periods
  • T5SS1_CE ,,PA-03 absences
  • T5SS2_CE income (PA-03 and PA-16 Department 2)
  • T5SS3_CE ,,PA-03 personnel numbers
  • T5SS4_CE ,,income (PA-16 Department 1)
  • T5SS2_CE ER contribution base for all processed employees

The data is displayed in a table where you can check the data that you need to report. Unlike the SPV Monthly Pension (PA-03 / PA-16) - Prepare Data report, this report does not display any data related to the information already reported to SPV in past reporting periods. However, the data generated represents the delta information that you need to send to SPV.

Note: you can generate and download the data as an XML file.

Selection

Name of Company

Enter the name of the issuer of the XML file. The value is used in the XML tag LeverantorsNamn.

Standard Variants

Output

The data is displayed in a table. You can display the four groups of information that were analyzed for the selected reporting period: Periods, Absences, Income, Personnel numbers. By default , the system displays the Periodstable.

Activities

  • To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose the SAP Payroll Sweden Public Sector Menu: Subsequent Activities→Per payroll period→SPV Pension-XML File
  • Choose Generate XML file to generate and download an XML file. This function performs the action for all displayed data regardless of whether records are selected.
