RPLSPYS0_CE - SPV Yearly Pension (PA-91) - Create File
CPI1466 during Backup TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local CurrencyThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You use this report to prepare a sequential file that you send to the National Government Employee Pensions Board (SPV) that contains data relevant for the PA-91 pension agreement.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have prepared the data for the selected reporting period by running the SPV Yearly Pension (PA-91) - Prepare Data report.
Features
This program performs step two of a two-step procedure used for SPV PA-91reporting. It reads the data prepared by the SPV Yearly Pension (PA-91) - Prepare Data report that is stored in the following intermediate tables:
- T5SS0_CE periods
- T5SS1_CE absences
- T5SS2_CE income
- T5SS3_CE personnel numbers
The data is displayed in a table where you can check the data that you need to report. Unlike SPV Monthly Pension (PA-03) reporting, this report does not display any data related to the information already reported to SPV in past reporting periods. However, the data generated represents the delta information that you need to send to SPV.
You can generate and download the data as a sequential file.
Selection
Period
Enter the period that you entered during data preparation when you ran the SPV Yearly Pension (PA-91) - Prepare Data report.
Standard Variants
Output
A table is displayed. You can display all four groups of information that the program analyzed for the selected reporting period: Periods, Absences, Income, Person ID. By default, the system displays the Periodstable.
