RPLSTKD0 - Tax cards (not) submitted

Description

The list provides information on whether employees have submitted tax cards as of a certain key date.

The list shows the following under the header 'Tax Card':
'J' for submitted tax cards
'N' for missing tax cards
'S' for culpable non-submission of tax cards
'X' if there is no valid record for infotype 12 for the employee for the key date

In addition, the tax class, child allowance, and religious denomination, as well as the monthly and annual individual exemptions are printed for all employees for whom the first three instances mentioned apply.

In the evaluation, the substitute statement and the employee’s confirmation in the transitional period (reasons 4 and 5 for non-submission of the tax card) are put on a level with the submission of a tax card.

The key date is a default value (system date) and can be overwritten.
