RPLUXMJ0 - Mynaportal: Upload Template XML to TemSe

Purpose

You use this report to preview and upload template XML data as TemSe (Temporary Sequential) file stored in the TemSe database for submission to Mynaportal.

Prerequisites

You have prepared the template XML files for submission to Mynaportal (UnityInputForm.xml and UnityAttachmentInputForm.xml) and updated them locally with the specific data of employers.

Selection

You can use the following criteria to select data for the report:

XML Type

In this group box, you can select the type of XML file that you want to upload.

• Select UnityInputForm for the UnityInputForm.xml file.

• Select UnityAttachmentInputForm for the UnityAttachmentInputForm.xml file.

Selection

In this group box, you can generate the Temse Object based on your selection:

• Template XML- You can specify the file name of the local XML file which has been updated with the data of employers. Select Previewto preview the local XML file.

• Procedure - You can choose the pseudo procedure ID defined in table T5JXP that corresponds to the procedure for data submission to Mynaportal.

• Temse Object- The name of Temse Object will automatically appear based on your above selections.

Result

The specified XML file is uploaded into the TemSe database with the displayed object name and is only used for the specified procedure.

Note: Before uploading the XML file specified in the Template XMLfield, you can preview it by selecting the Preview button.
