Purpose

You use this report to upload the XML templates of Year-end Adjustment (YEA) declaration forms when you need to prepare the data for the employees to download through Year-End Adjustment Declaration Formsscreen at the first time.

With the uploaded templates, you can run theESS YEA: Download Preset XML Data (RPLYDLJ0) report for the employees to generate their specific data for YEA declaration forms.

For an employee that you want to generate data for his or her declaration forms, the system will check if there is any submitted form data in previous years. If not, the system will read the template forms and then update data from the Personnel Tax Status JP(0145) infotype, Y.E.A. Data JP(0146) infotype, and Family JP (0148) infotype into the template forms. So, the employees can download these updated forms through Year-End Adjustment Declaration Forms screen.

After you've run this report, the uploaded XML templates are stored in the table T5JXM.

Note: When you upload a template for the employees at the first time, the templates are required for all form types that you need.

Prerequisites

You need to prepare the templates by exporting them to your local desktop from the latest version of the YEA App of National Tax Agency (NTA).

Features

Selection

In addition to the standard selection criteria, you can use the following criteria to select data for this report:

  • File Name- Specify the file name to choose the template that you want to upload from the input help.
  • Year - Specify the year of the template that you want to upload. By default, the system selects the current year.
  • Form Type- Specify a form type of declaration form templates that you want to upload.
  • If you choose the Test run (no update)checkbox, you can only preview the XML templates that you upload and the XML templates will not be stored in the table T5JXM.
