RPLVZDT0 - Qualifications structure

Description

The program lists the number of employees by completed education levels according to infotype
0022. 0022. Every employee is listed only once according to his/her highest completed
education.

Requirements

Selection parameters:

par01 - Company code (infotype 0001)

par02 - Personnel area (infotype 0001)

par03 - Personnel subarea (infotype 0001)

par04 - Cost center (infotype 0001)

par05 - Organizational unit (infotype 0001)

par06 - Employee subgroup (infotype 0001)

The report has only a recapitulation part, therefore the
"Number of header fields" field must contain number of all required parameters, otherwise
the selected parameters ar not displayed.

PERSON SELECTION PERIOD - enter a period for employee selection
for the report

DATA SELECTION PERIOD - enter a period for processing
of infotype with completed education.

Evaluation of education acc. to TX122 w/o SLABS/SLART - the highest completed education will be determined exclusively from fields for "Main field of education." in IT0022.

Evaluation of education acc. to TX122 then SLABS/SLART - the highest completed education will be determined from fields for "Main field of education." in IT0022. If no other record is found in TX122, the highest completed education will be determined acc. to parameter "According to school type (SLART)".

Evaluation of education acc. to SLABS/SLART then TX122 - the highest completed education will be determined acc. to parameter "According to school type (SLART)". If no other record is found acc. to parameter "According to school type (SLART)", the highest completed education will be determined will be determined from fields for "Main field of education." in IT0022.

Evaluation of education acc. to SLABS/SLART w/o TX122 - the highest completed education will be determined exclusively acc. to parameter "According to school type (SLART)".

By default, subdivision into education grades is done using "Completed education" (SLABS); if "According to school type" is checked, subdivision into education grades is done using "School type" (SLART).

Education data are loaded:

for TX122 from 5. character in P0022-TX122 (Main field of education). Values are loaded from table T5TPSCKK3, which is linked with tables T5TPSCKK1, T5TPSCKK2, and T5TPSCKK4.

for SLART from field P0022-SLART (School type). Values are loaded from table T517T.

for SLABS from field P0022-SLABS (Education completion). Values are loaded from table T517A.
