Purpose

You use this report to upload the ZIP files of Year-end Adjustment (YEA) declaration forms manually for employees who are not able to download or upload through Year-End Adjustment Declaration Formsscreen.

After you've run the report, in the results screen, you can preview the individual uploaded form by clicking the file name of each record. And you need to select the Update Form Data button to save the uploaded forms into system.

Prerequisites

Employees need to send the relevant ZIP files and their passwords to HR clerks separately. Then, HR clerks can remove the password restriction from these ZIP files and save them into a folder for mass upload. The file name of each ZIP file in the folder should start with the corresponding employee number separated by underscore '_'. For example: 22180001_nopass.zip.

Selection

In addition to the standard selection criteria, you can use the following criteria to select data for this report:

  • Year - Specify the year that you want to upload the ZIP files. By default, the system selects the current year.
  • File directory- Specify the file path to upload the ZIP files of employees from your local desktop by selecting the input help.
  • Transformation - Specify the layout of declaration forms for preview. By default, the transformation is filled with HRJP_YEA_XML, which is a standard layout for preview that SAP provides.
Note: You can also use your own layout for preview.
  • If you select Direct Updatecheckbox, the system will upload the specified forms into system directly with no need to select theUpdate Form Databutton in the results screen.

Output

The report displays data in SAP List Viewer according to the settings that you make on the selection screen.
