Purpose

You use this report to delete the uploaded or downloaded Year-end Adjustment (YEA) declaration forms or templates when you do not need them anymore.

After you've run this report, in the results screen, you can preview the existing forms by clicking the file name of each record. To delete the forms, you need to select the Delete button in the results screen for the specified forms.

Selection

In addition to the standard selection criteria, you can use the following criteria to select data for this report:

  • Year - Specify the year for the forms that you want to delete. By default, the system selects the current year.
  • Personnel Number- Specify one or multiple personnel numbers of employees for the forms that you want to delete.
  • Event Type - You can select the following event types for the forms that you need to delete:
  • YU - Uploaded form data

  • YF - Downloaded form data

Note: If you leave this field blank, forms of both event types are displayed after you've run the report.
  • Form Type- Specify one or multiple form types of declaration forms that you need to process from the input help.
Note: If you leave this field blank, all available form types of the specified employees are displayed in SAP List Viewer in the results screen.
  • Status - Select one or multiple statuses of the forms that you need to process.
Note: If you leave this field blank, all statuses of the specified forms are displayed in SAP List Viewer in the results screen.
  • Transformation - Specify the layout of declaration forms for preview. By default, the transformation is filled with HRJP_YEA_XML, which is a standard layout for preview that SAP provides.
Note: You can also use your own layout for preview.

The report displays data in SAP List Viewer according to the settings that you make on the selection screen.
