RPM_ASSIGN_GLOBAL_ROLE - Assign Global Roles to Project Roles

Purpose

This program allows you to assign global roles to your roles.

Integration

Prerequisites

Prior to assigning global roles, these global roles have to be created in the Portfolio Management system.

Features

The report provides you with a list of all roles that currently do not have a global role assigned. Roles with already existing assignment are not listed.

By choosing Modify, you are presented with a detail view of the role. The Global Role ID field provides you with a popup list, which contains all available global roles. After selecting the appropriate global role, you have to finalize the assignment by selecting the Execute the Repair button.

Selection

• Project ID
  Select the projects you want to analyze. If no selection is made, all projects are selected. The system checks all roles assigned to these projects.

Standard Variants

Output

The list presents you with all roles that currently do not have an assignment to a global role. For more information about the report output, see RPM: Data Consistency Check Report.
