RPM_BUCKET_DEL - Delete Archived Portfolio Buckets

Purpose

You use this program for the deletion of data using the archiving object SAP Portfolio and Project Management Bucket (RPM_BUCKET).

Integration

Prerequisites

You are familiar with the archiving object RPM_BUCKET. For more information, see the archive object description in the Product Assistance documentation for SAP Portfolio and Project Management for SAP S/4HANA. In transaction SARA, select the required archiving object and choose the Documentation function to call the object-specific documentation.

The write program RPM_BUCKET_WRI has generated an archive file for the data to be deleted.

Features

The system deletes the bucket data transferred to an archive file during a run of the write program RPM_BUCKET_WRI from the relevant database tables.

Selection

Select the required archive file to start the deleting process.
