Purpose

You use this program for the archiving of data using the archiving object SAP Portfolio and Project Management Collection (RPM_COLL).

Integration

Prerequisites

You are familiar with the archiving object RPM_COLL. For more information, see the archive object description in the Product Assistance documentation for SAP Portfolio and Project Management for SAP S/4HANA. In transaction SARA, select the required archiving object and choose the Documentation function to call the object-specific documentation.

Features

The system selects the collection data and transfers the data to an archive file so that you can then use the associated delete program RPM_COLL_DEL to remove this data from the database.

No data is deleted from the database during the write phase.

Selection

Select the required selection criteria to start the archiving process.
