RPM_CONVERT_TEAM_MEMBERS - RPM 2.0: Team Definition Conversion

Purpose

This program will convert all xRPM 1.0 team definitions to the xRPM 2.0 team definition format.

Integration

Prerequisites

• Customer is upgrading from xRPM 1.0 to xRPM 2.0.

• Team definitions have been defined.

Features

Selection

• Team ID
  This selection enables you to specify the specific team definitions (by ID) that are to be converted. If no entry is specified, ALL teams will be processed.

• Test run (no database update)
  This selection option enables you to run the report in simulation mode, without commiting the changes to the database.

• Delete old data
  This selection specifies if the old data stored in the xRPM 1.0 format should be deleted. If Test run is specified, this field is ignored.

Standard Variants

Output

A list of teams converted and the members processed will be output with a message indicating the success/failure of each member converted.
