RPM_DELETE_LAST_USED - Report RPM_DELETE_LAST_USED

Purpose

Use this report to delete the entries from the database table 'RPM_LAST_USED' based on the selection criteria.

Note: This report is applicable only for Portfolio Management and the tab 'Last Used Items' or 'Last Used Initiatives' is activated in the Item/Initiative dashboards respectively. Refer SAP Note 2672512.

Caution: The report will delete the entries from the database if it is executed in production mode.

Prerequisites

You have activated the 'Last Used Items' [see area 0006 setting 0058] or 'Last Used Initiatives' [see area 0006 setting 0059] in the dashboard in customizing under SAP Portfolio and Project Management -> Portfolio Management -> Global Customizing -> Override Default Global Settings.

Selection

General Option

• Test Mode

Select this checkbox to execute a simulation run. You use this function to check whether errors occurred during the execution of the report.

Selection Option

Months Older Than

Select this option to use the user input 'Months Older Than'. If you enter the value '6' for the input 'Months Older Than', all the entries older than 6 months from the current date will be deleted.

Date Range

Select this option to use the user input 'Date Range'. You can select a range of dates. If you enter a date value, all the entries older than the given date/date range will be deleted.

User ID

Select this option to use the user input 'User ID'. You can select the User ID whose data will be deleted from the data base table.
