Title

RPM_FIN01

Purpose

This program is used to transfer the costs/budgets/plan costs data in the table COSP, COSS, BPGE and BPJA in the backend SAP CO system to RPM system. The transfer is carried out by using the ALE message type RPMFIF and the IDOC type RPMINTF1.

The data is transfered and stored in the RPM system in condensed form.

Integration

Please maintain the RFC destination and the logical system of the RPM system under the same name. Please enter it on the selection screen in the parameter 'Destination System'.

Please also maintain the ALE setting for the message type RPMFIF and the IDOC type RPMINTF1 between the sender ( backend SAP CO system ) and the receiver ( RPM system ).

Prerequisites

The link between the costs objects used in the SAP CO system to collect costs and the RPM project structure elements has to be maintained in the RPM systems.

Selection

Please enter the RFC destination for the RPM system in the parameter 'Destination System'.

You can start this program separately if you have more than one controlling area in your SAP CO system for which you want to transfer costs to RPM.

With the parameter 'Actual Costs/Budgets' set to 'X', only actual costs and budgets will be transfered. If this parameter is initial, other type of data including plan costs will also be transfered.

The testing options allow you to test the transfer using one project /one task. The RPM project ID or project and task ID has to be entered in this case.
