Description

Note: This report is obsolete.

This report calculates and posts the BVG age-related credits and, in desired, additional age-related credits or additional credits of the fund.

The age-related credits are calculated for the period according to the program delimitation (no more than one per calendar year). In case of entry and/or departure during this period, a partial amount is posted according to the pro-rata calendar days. The value date is always the end of the calculated period.

The transaction types to be selected are to be entered in table T5C1F. They are selected using a control parameter. Here, an abbreviated entry (for example 'M8 ') can be used to select an entire range of transaction types. Hence, the age-related credit for the BVG minimum and for the fund can be calculated at the same time.

BVG age-related credit:

To calculate the BVG age-related credit, the fund type of the respective fund must be according to table T5C1C '1' (= BVG minimal setup) or '2' (= encasing fund).

Calculation basis:

- For the BVG age-related credit, the value of the totals transaction type

$BVK 'BVG wage coordinated' is determined for the desired period.

- For the FUND age-related credit, the value of the totals transaction type

$VJL 'insured annual salary' is determined.

Percentage/factor:

- for the BVG age-related credit, the percentage is taken from table T5C1G (pension fund = BV, percentage type = A, age = employee's age)

- Three variants are possible for the FUND age-related credit:

a) Formula in table T5C1F = 'F1', means the factor is used directly.

a) Formula in table T5C1F = '%', means the factor is used as a percentage.

c) Otherwise the percentage is determined as per table T5C1G

(pension fund = pension fund from infotype 0046, percentage = A,

age = age of the employee).
