Purpose

You can use this report to carry out administrative tasks. This report is suitable for mass processing in the background

Integration

Prerequisites

You use the notification tool to save the messages from the notification program log as tasks in the task list.

Features

Selection

Restrictions

  • Status
  • Status
You can limit the selection of tasks to one or more task statuses.

  • Area/Subarea
  • Country grouping
If you execute this program, the value (if available) is determined from the user parameter Personnel Country Grouping (MOL). If there is no value, you must enter the country grouping.

  • Area
You can restrict the selection of tasks to one or more applications (for example, tax, statements).

  • Subarea

If you have restricted the selection of tasks to one application, you can restrict them even further to a subarea (for example, all tasks from the area tax, subarea ELStAM).
  • Processor
  • Processor of task
You can restrict the selection to one or more processors (user name) of a task.

  • Administrator Group
You can limit the selection of a task to one or more assigned administrator groups.

  • Time frame
  • Period

You can restrict the selection to all tasks in a specific period.
  • Older than (days)
You can enter a number of days for the selection of tasks. The program then selects all tasks with a creation date that is earlier than the specified number of days.

  • Program
  • Original Program
You can limit the selection to one program from which tasks were created.

  • Further selection
  • Tasks without a personnel number
You use this selection box to choose whether tasks without an assignment to a personnel number should be selected.

Program Control

You can perform the following actions for the selected tasks:

  • Assign Tasks
The tasks are reassigned. By making this assignment, the values of the Administrator Group (CLGRP) and Processor (CLUSR) fields are changed.
  • Only Tasks Without Assignment
You can restrict the action to the tasks that have not yet been assigned. The assignment is then only done for tasks for which the fields for the administrator group (CLUSR) and the processor (CLGRP) are initial.

  • Delete Task Assignment
The assignment of the tasks is deleted. The fields for the administrator group and the processor are set to the initial value.
  • Delete Tasks
The tasks are deleted from the database.
  • Convert Status
The tasks contain the status entered as the Target Status.
  • Execute Customer-Specific Function
You can make a customer-specific change to the task by implementing your own function (class).
For more information, see Execute Customer-Specific Function.

Options

  • Create Log
If you set this checkbox, a table with details about the tasks is also displayed.
  • Database Update
If you set this checkbox, the changes made to the tasks are saved to the database.

Standard Variants

Output

The program issues statistics about the tasks that have been selected and changed. If you have selected the Create Log option, a table with detailed information about the tasks is also displayed.
