RPPAY00NT_TASKLIST - NT: Task List Central Access

Purpose

You can use this report to display an overview of the tasks available for a processor or an administrator group from the various notification processes.

Integration

Prerequisites

You use the functionality to save the messages from the notification program log as tasks in the task list.

Features

Selection

• Area/Subarea

• Area

You can limit the selection of tasks to one or more areas.

• Subarea

You can limit the selection of tasks to one or more subareas.

• Processor

• Processor of task

You can limit the selection of tasks to one or more users (user name).

You can enter any processor in the field or use the input help (F4). This suggests a list of processors you can choose from who have been assigned one or more tasks. If you make the selection using the input help (F4), the administrator group of the processor is automatically filled. If you had already selected an administrator group, the input help (F4) only displays processors of this administrator group that have been assigned one or more tasks.

• Administrator Group

You can limit the selection of tasks to one or more assigned administrator groups. You can enter any administrator group in the field or you use the input help (F4). This shows you all the administrator groups in the system that you can choose from.

• Status

• Display open tasks

The report lists all tasks with status new and in process.

• Selection using status

You can limit the selection of tasks to one or more task statuses.

• Time frame

• Key date

The report selects all tasks up until this date (in connection with the evaluation depth). The system suggests the current date as the key date.

• Evaluation depth

Number of days for which the report selects all tasks according to the selection criteria, starting with the key date.
Example

You select the current date as the key date and an evalulation depth of 30 days. The report selects the selection criteria according to all tasks from the last 30 days including the current date.

• Options

• Tasks without a personnel number

You use this selection box to choose whether tasks without an assignment to a personnel number should be selected.

• Tasks with a resubmission date

You use this selection box to choose whether tasks with a resubmission date in the future should also be displayed.

Output

The output takes place in the SAP List Viewer (ALV). The report displays all selected tasks.

Activities

You can also call up the task list with an overview of all of the tasks belonging to a user or an administrator group.
