RPPSTMT2 - Inclusion document

Title

Certificate of employment (inclusion document) valid from year 2017

Purpose

Certificate of employment receives every employee after employment termination

In the certificate is written:

- employer address

- name, title, date of birth, SI number and address of employee

- employment type

- employment duration from-to

- type of executed works

- completed qualification

- worked time

- wage deductions

- data about countable period

- name and phone number of the certificate issuer

- certificate issue day

Integration

Prerequisites

First name, name and title are formatted according to V_T522N and T522F.

Features

Selection

Description of the RPPSTMT2 report selection screen:

"Form data" tab

Type of executed works

- From position - with this option will be the type of executed works listed by the position in IT 0001

- From job - with this option will be the type of executed works listed by the job in IT 0001
- from all jobs - all jobs will be listed from employee entry till the employee termination
- from the last job - the last employee job will be listed

Other form data

- Completed qualification - enter the employee completed qualification. This will be listed in field “Completed qualification”
- Worked time - enter the worked time This will be listed in field “Worked time”
Countable period data - enter the countable period data This will be listed in field “Countable period data in I. and. II.working category...”
- Other notifications - here you will find the name of text created in transaction SO10 (text ID: HR_G). The created text can not exceed 150 characters. This notification will be then printed in the bottom area of the form.
¨Issue date - enter the issue date listed in field “On”. Is this date specified, is to this date determined the employer address and the employee data.,,

Deductions
- Being deducted extract first - with this option will be listed the wage deductions just being deducted. ,,

Tab “Inclusion document print”.

- Printer - PDF - enter the printer for PDF form “Certificate of employment” print
- Form name - enter the name of form “Certificate of employment”. SAP for the “Certificate of ,,employment delivers the PDF form "HR_CZ_DET_LEAVING_WORK_201601".
- Interactive form - with tghis option will be generated the interactive PDF form for “Certificare of employment”
- Output to ALV - with this option will be in addition to the PDF form print also generated the output to ALV.

“Contact data” tab

- Contact data for the form
- From the user master record - with this option will be the name in field “Processed by” and the phone from the user master record in field “Phone”
- Screens - with this option is the name in field “Processed by” filled from the parameters “Surname” and “Name”, phone in the field “Phone” is filled from the parameter “Phone number”

Standard Variants

Output

Output s either in format PDF or ALV. With the option ALV output can be also sent the inclusion document using the internal SAP mail.

Activities

There are available 3 enhancements for the data modification (transaction se18)

1. HR_CZ_DEDS_0011

Using this enhancement you can influence the deductions data

2. HR_CZ_DETAIL_LEAVING_WORK

This enhancement is called at the end of processing and you can with them modify the final data

3. HR_CZ_GET_STAMP_NAME

In this enhancement can be set the stamp depending on the organizational structure. This implementation is then
used also for other forms with the possibility of stamp deterrmination (e.g. Confirmation about taxable income)
