Title

Purpose

The program creates or updates by input batch the infotype "Absence quota"(2006) or "Presence quota" (2007), depending on the type of wage types present in the table.

Features

The program reads the payroll results recorded in the CRT table for all the employees of the PAC selected.

The program reads two wage type models:

  • the model ">6xx" or ">7xx" (where xx corresponds to the quota number) which includes the validity and settlement dates of the quota.
  • the model ">Fxx" which includes the rights linked to the quota.

Two case scenarios may occur: the creation or the updating of the quota.

  1. Creation of a quota

During the reading of the wage type model ">6xx" or ">7xx", if the quota number does not exist at the validity dates (start/end) produced from the wage type model, the program creates a quota.
It fills in the field "Number" of infotype '2006 or 2007) by the contents of the corresponding ">Fxx" model wage type.

  1. Updating of a quota

During the reading of the ">6xx" or ">7xx" wage types, if the quota number exists at the validity dates produced from the model wage type, the program updates the field "Number" of infotype (2006 or 2007) and replaces the value by the value of the corresponding ">Fxx" model wage type.

Output

The program is initiated in input batch at the close of the payroll period.

The program displays the number of employees processed, the number of infotypes created and modified and if necessary the list of errors appearing during the processing.
