RPR706VD - Delimitation of Per Diems/Maximum Amounts

Description

This report is used to delimit entries in table T706V. According to the selection criteria entered, all entries valid on the date of delimitation are delimited to this date.

If the entries valid for the date entered are to be delimited unconditionally, the parameters: trip provision variant, enterprise- specific trip type, statutory trip type, trip activity type, statutory M/A reimbursement group, enterprise-specific M/A reimbursement group,
trip country and trip region can be left 'blank'.

To protect table T706V from unintended delimitations, the report can be started in a test run. This test run produces a 'log' which prints old records that have not yet been delimited darker than the delimited records. The report should not be started in a productive run until the log contains the intended entries.

After the report has run successfully, table maintenance can begin with new table entries. The beginning of validity should equal delimitation date + 1 day.
