RPRCANCL - Reject posting run

Description
The program resets the trips in a posting run back to the status 'accounted'. The posting run is then given the status 'rejected'.
Requirements
A posting run must already have been created.
SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency
