RPRDTAI0 - Data Medium Exchange of Travel Expenses for Italy

Description

Program RPRDTAI0 generates a dataset from the travel expenses to be transferred. This dataset is used as input for the Italian payment medium program RFFOIT_B that you can access from the menu options under Create DME.

Specify the house bank and the desired bank account from which the payment is to be made with characteristic TRVHB. Note that characteristic TRVHB uses both an ID for the house bank (table T012) and an ID for the account details (table T012K).

The account details and the address of your employee must exist in the HR master data.

If an overpayment should arise for an employee, this is indicated on a list of overpayments. A reimbursement must then be negotiated outside the Travel application.

This program does not post automatically to accounts in financial accounting. The posting must be made directly in financial accounting.
