RPRHRDOC - Transfer: Display Day Book

Description

The report RPRHRDOC displays the intermediate trip documents for posting run numbers. If an intermediate trip document has already been forwarded to accounting, the FI/CO documents can be directly displayed. Via forward navigation, it is possible to access display of transferred trips directly from the intermediate trip documents.

Requirements

A posting run must be created first with report RPRFIN00_40 (Travel Accounting / Edit / Posting run / Create), using, for example, transaction PRRW (Travel Accounting / Edit / Posting run / Administration).

Output

The summarization chosen when creating a posting run determines how many documents are produced per posting run. Each individual intermediate trip document is given its own reference document number (AWREF).
