Description

Retirement payment statistics are government-mandated statistics.

For each person for whom a retirement payment has been determined or paid in accordance with the German Law on Retirement Payments (AltGG), a data record is to be sent to the Federal Statistical Office Germany. The statistics are created in January of each year. For example, the gross earnings in the reporting month January 2019 are relevant for the reporting year 2019. Furthermore, all persons with a retirement payment for the key date January 1, 2019 are reported.

Notifications are created only for personnel numbers for which at least a record of the infotype Pension Payment (0322) with the indicator Retirement Payment exists. To create the data record, both master data and payroll results are read for the personnel number.

You can perform an override for a personnel number via the infotype using infotype (0271) - subtype Retirement Payment (07).

Prerequisites

As for the pension recipient statistics, all wage types that flow into the cumulations 69 and 70 are taken into account when determining the retirement payments. Furthermore, the features DOVS1 (employment area EF3, reporting office no. EF4) and DOVS3 (marital status EF12) must also be maintained.

Output

The data records created are written to the TemSe file. You have the option of specifying a ten-digit ID for the generated TemSe object via the selection screen.

As a log, you receive person-specific messages for all personnel numbers for which either no data record was created (notification category E) or for which a data record was created, but could not be completed in full (notification category W). Following a first run, you should work through the list and after resolving the issues, start the statistics again.

The following information is also output:

  • Selected persons: Number of employees selected based on the selection criteria.
  • Processed persons: Number of selected employees for whom there is a retirement payment for the key date and who are relevant for the key date.
  • Persons processed successfully: Number of employees processed for whom a data record was created.
  • Rejected persons: Number of employees processed for whom no data record was created.
  • Successful, but with warnings: Number of employees for whom a data record was created, but not all fields could be determined correctly. A warning message at least was created for these personnel numbers.
  • Selected, but not relevant: Number of employees selected for whom no data record has been created since there is no retirement payment for the key date or the cases are not relevant (for example, deceased retirement payment recipient).

Data on retirement payment recipient

If you use the selection parameter Data on Retirement Payment Recipient, you also receive a list with the data on the retirement payment recipient reported in the data carrier as output. To evaluate this list, activate the parameter Include Personnel Number.

Include personnel number

If you use the selection parameter Include Personnel Number, the personnel number is included in the data record.

Download of TemSe object

You can use the report Retirement Payment Statistics: Download of TemSe Object (RPUAGODD) to transfer the generated TemSe file to the local PC or to a directory on an application server.
