Description

From Release 4.0A, payment data is recorded in controlling area currency and object currency, not FM area currency.

If you installed Project Cash Management before Release 4.0, the database tables COFP, FMSU, and RPSCO must be translated. The Object currency and Amount in object currency fields in these tables are not filled until this translation takes place.

If you have not yet run the currency translation program, a currency is different from the controlling area currency.

Parameters

You must fill the "Controlling area" selection field. The remaining selection fields - "Fiscal year", "From period", and "To period", limit the data volumes. You can specify just a fiscal year or a fiscal year and periods.

You can run the program more than once without risk. Only table entries not yet translated are processed in each run.
