Purpose
You use this report to display data related to employees who have been absent due to sickness for a specified minimum number of days or longer.
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have specified relevant absence types in Customizing for Payrollby choosing Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Payroll -> General Reporting -> Sickness Statistics for Social Insurance Agency -> Check Wage Types, Absence/Attendance/Time Types.
- You have run the corrected absence report RPIABSS0_NEW before running the Report of Employee Sickness to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
Features
The report checks whether the employee is on sick leave in the selected period by reading the sicknesses record in the Absencesinfotype (2001) and part-time absences (due to sickness) recorded in the Planned Working Time infotype (0014). If an employee is on sick leave, the logical start of the sickness leave is determined by searching infotypes 2001 and/or 0014 backwards. Gaps shorter than five calendar days, that is, between zero and four days, are handled as continuous absence. Gaps longer or equal to five calendar days indicate that the logical start of the absence is reached.
Once the logical start of the absence has been determined, the number of days specified in Calendar Sick Days is added. If the calculated day and the day after fall within the specified reporting period, the absence is reported.
