Description

ISKD statistics are generated according to the policy for collaboration in IT support for cost accounting within employment law (ISKD).

The purpose of this survey is to make the basis for the structure of employment law (especially for cost calculation in employment law) available to the highest federal and state authorities responsible for salary law, pension law, and pay scale law.

The tasks involved can generally be divided into two groups:

  • Cost calculation for linear adjustments (in percent) and quasilinear adjustments (minimum amounts, base amounts) while considering default variants and compromise variants during salary and pay-scale rounds.
  • Cost calculations for structural projects, especially long-term, graduated projects.

In addition, cost calculations for rush requirements from governmental authorities or personal initiatives must also be possible. To do this, it is necessary that the federal and state offices responsible for making payments defrayable provide the German Federal Ministry of the Interior with data. The data survey is done according to key dates on January 1 and July 1 of the relevant year.

The data is merged in the Federal Statistics Office by area (input parameter: 'Master Area').

  • Area 01 = German Federal Finance Office, AA, BMVg
  • Area 02 = German Federal Rail Capital
  • Area 03 = Postal enterprises
  • Area 04 = States
  • Area 05 = Municipalities, associations of local authorities
  • Area 06 = Indirect federal administration
  • Area 07 = Indirect state administration

The Statistical Information System files created from the participant data are kept for evaluation over a period of 5 years.

Change of the Report Input Screen

The report input screen has been changed as of Release ECC 600. The output control framework, batch, record types, plausibility lists, corrected case counters, errors, and non-actual amount were removed after HCM application log conversion.

Output

The list is output with the ALP (SAP list viewer). The following DDIC structures are used for the output table.
