Purpose
You use this report to prepare a sequential file for SCB economic cycle statistics on municipalities (AM KLK).
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have defined the general customizing settings required for statistics in Customizing for Payrollunder Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Payroll -> Statistics -> Basic Settings.
- You have specified the time and payroll data you want to evaluate in Customizing for Payrollby choosing Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Payroll -> Statistics -> SCB Economic Cycle Statistics -> Municipalities ( AM KLK) -> Check Wage Types.
- Payroll results exist for the reported periods.
Features
The program prepares one or two data sets into TemSe depending on whether you choose Retro Evaluation.
Selection
- Form Name
- Specifies which wage types you want the system to evaluate.
- Statistics Area
- Subtype of the Statisticsinfotype (0033) with statistical values.
- Retro Evaluation
- Prepares the data that is required to evaluate retroactive differences.
- Save TemSe
- Data for the sequential file is saved to TemSe with the ID KLK1SC for regular data and KLK2SC for data with retroactive changes. You can retrieve the data on the SAP Easy Access screen by choosing Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Tools -> List TemSe Objects(transaction PC00_M99_UTSV).
Standard Variants
Output
A table of the data reported is displayed. If you have chosen Retro Evaluation, a table that shows retroactive differences is then displayed.
Activities
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Public Sector -> Subsequent Activities -> Other Periods -> SCB Economic Cycle Statistics - Municipalities AM KLK.
