Selection screen

Setting standard parameters

Period – other period: here you should define a period from year begin to year end.

Entering report-specific parameters

  • Employees excluded - data of employees belonging to any of the following groups are not included in the list.
  • Statistical codes - list here the statistical codes of outworkers, apprentices paid as skilled workers and students.

  • Select stored results
The program collects data of table 1 (Working time accounting of full-time and part-time employees in main position), row 1 (Average statistical staff-on-the-payroll, persons) from monthly results stored by the Monthly personnel report (in table T5H7O). In this parameter group, you can define which stored results should serve as a basis for the data collection.
  • Selection: date of run – the Monthly personnel report should run for all months of the year. Enter here the date (or interval) of run.

  • Client total by counties - check this box if you have chosen case 2 for saving the Monthly personnel report (i.e. one table for each county in the client after one another, with a Client Total table at the end.) If you select this check box, the list will be broken down by county and a Client Total will be generated.

  • By counties and pers. areas – check this box if you have chosen case 5 for saving the Monthly personnel report (i.e. for the selected personnel areas, within it one table for the selected counties after one another, then at the end a table containing the total value of these personnel areas). If you select this check box, the list will be generated for personnel areas in each county and a County Total and Company Total will be prepared.

  • Work schedule classification by shift number
For filling in table 5, the user needs to know which work schedules belong to one-, two-, three- or more-shift work schedules or to other shift arrangements. In this parameter group, you can specify how to categorize the individual work schedules. For the specification, you do not need to list all work schedules; you can use generic characters. E.g.: +3* implies all work schedule codes in which 3 stands on the second position, *mu* means all work schedules containing the 'mu' string, *k stands for all work schedule codes ending with k, etc.
  • 1-shift work schedules – list here the codes of 1-shift work schedules.

  • 2-shift work schedules – list here the codes of 2-shift work schedules.

  • 3- or more-shift work schedules – list here the codes of 3- and more- shift work schedules.

  • Schedules w.other shift arr. – list here the codes of work schedules with other shift arrangements.

Work schedules not listed in the previous parameters can also be assigned to a group by selecting the following parameters:
  • 1-shift work schedule – select this radio button if you want to assign the work schedules not listed to the 1-shift work schedules.

  • 2-shift work schedule – select this radio button if you want to assign the work schedules not listed to the 2-shift work schedules.

  • 3- or more-shift work schedules – select this radio button if you want to assign the work schedules not listed to the 3- or more-shift work schedules.

  • Schedules w.other shift arr. – select this radio button if you want to assign the work schedules not listed to the work schedules with other shift arrangements.

  • Continuous work schedules – in table 4, row 29 you should separately indicate the number of employees working in continuous or permanent work schedule. Employees contained here will not be included in table 4, rows 22 to 28.

  • Other data to fill in the list and display it
  • Form code - default value: HSA2

  • Display error list - check-box. If checked, a list of employees who are not included in the statistics due to some kind of error appears at the end of the list. The list contains the personnel number of the employee and the reason of the error.

Output

The report data will be listed as follows:

- Row 01 of the table - collected from stored data of the Monthly personnel report.

- Rows 02 to 09 of tabel – based on the wage type codes set in form HSA2

- Row 10 of the table - the program does not supply any data as the collection of these data depends on the input type of the fulfilled working time. Knowing the input type, you should define the data to be entered here independently of the program run.

- Rows 12 to 15 of the table – based on partial-day absence codes set in form HSA2, by collecting absence hours from table AB.

- Rows 17 to 21 of the table - based on the employee group and subgroup valid on the last day of the year as included in the ABART field of table T503. Employees are categorized as monthly wage earners if ABART=3, hourly wage earners if ABART=1, incentive wage earners if ABART=2, other wage earners if the ABART field contains a different value.

- Rows 22 to 28 ot the table - based on the weekly number of hours resulting from the work schedule assigned to the employee (this value is included in infotype 0007).

- Row 29 of the table - based on the work schedule assigned to the employee

- Row 30 of the table - by collecting employees having a work schedule with 0 as weekly number of hours.

- Row 32 of the table - using the property of the work schedules specified on the parameter screen.
