RPSSICS0 - Sickness Statistic for Annual Report

Purpose
The Sickness Statistic report covers the requirements stated by Swedish law that is part of the annual report. The report displays the following information:
- Working time
- Sickness hours
- Sickness hours regarded as a long time sickness
- Gender
- Age
The report runs once a year after the last payroll run for the year for the entire company (organization no/company code level).

Selection
Besides the standard PNP database selection criteria, the selection screen offers options to display the statistics in the "Summary" or the "Details" (for every employee) view. Both of these options can display output data in the Required (by Swedish law) or the Customized format.
- The Required format defines the age limit of 30 and 49 years; the limit for a long sickness is 60 days
- The Customized format allows user to define the age limits and three-day intervals for the length of illness
Standard Variants
Output
The statistics are shown for men and women based on the age and day limits defined on the selection screen. The detailed output shows the sickness statistics for selected employees.
