RPSSICS0_CE - Sickness Statistics for Annual Reporting

Purpose

You use this report to display data related to annual sickness statistics.

Integration

Prerequisites

• Time evaluation and payroll results exist for the selected period.

• You have specified the time and payroll data you want to evaluate in Customizing for Payrollby choosing Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Payroll -> General Reporting -> Sickness Statistics for Annual Reporting -> Check Wage Types, Absence/Attendance/Time Types.

Features

The report processes payroll results, table AB, from the selected period(s) and summarizes and displays the hours of sick leave specified in the configuration form.

The line in which the absence hours are displayed depends on the duration of an absence in calendar days and thus on the logical start of the absence. The report searches for the logical start using the master data: Absences are entered in the Absencesinfotype (2001) and part-time absences are entered in the Recurring Payments/Deductions infotype (0014). Gaps shorter than five calendar days, that is, between zero and four days, are handled as continuous absences. If a gap is longer or equal to five calendar days, the logical start of the absence is reached.

The column in which the absence hours are displayed depends on the gender of the employee and the age of the employee on the last day of the selected period.

Selection

• Day Interval

Controls the vertical structure of the outgoing table. You can define up to three intervals for length of sicknesses in calendar days.

• Age Limit

Controls the horizontal structure of the outgoing table.

• Calculate Rates

If you choose this option, the program determines the planned hours of employees based on the time results, table PSP. The hours of sicknesses are divided by planned hours and displayed as percentages on separate lines.

Standard Variants

The parameters of the SAP&STAT variant help you to generate a report that meets the legal rquirements of the sickness statistics survey.

Output

The fields are self-explanatory.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Public Sector -> Subsequent Activities -> Annual -> Sickness Statistics for Annual Reporting.
