Output

The results can be displayed online in two ways:

  • List

After you have selected Execute the 3-Dimensional Graphic Editing screen appears. If you want to see the report results in a list format choose two class features. Next choose Functions -> List and the List display screen appears. The report results are displayed here. The system sorts employee information and displays a chart showing the correlation between the two selected class features. The list displays this equivalent, by assigning the number of employees to each specification pair.

  • Chart

  • Three dimensional chart

After you have chosen Execute the 3-Dimensional Graphic Editing screen appears. If you want to see the report results in a chart format, set two class features and then select Functions -> Chart. The SAP Business Graphics screen appears where a three dimensional graphic and a diagram are displayed in color.

  • Two dimensional chart

In the 3 Dimensional Graphic Editing screen, select Functions -> 2D Chart. The 2D graphic editing screen appears. Set the feature that should be displayed then choose Functions -> Chart. The SAP Business Graphics screen appears.

To ensure that the chart remains clear and comprehensible, a feature will not be fully displayed in a chart if it has a very large data set. If this is the case an additional dialog box appears to help you navigate your way around. Select from the following options:

  • Next columns

  • Previous columns

  • Next lines

  • Previous lines

Note

  • Employee selection

Only the employees who have an active work center for the key date are selected. An error list is created for these employees, which you can view by selecting Error list. The error list gives a reason for the rejection of each rejected personnel number.

  • Feature Cost center

The Cost Distribution infotype (0027) is called up for the Cost center feature. Each employee appears under the cost centers entered according to the distribution percentages.

  • Run report in background

If you want to run the report in the background enter data under Data for non-interactive execution. In the field List type enter whether the evaluation should take one (1) or two (2) features into account. According to what you have specified in the field List type, enter either one or two feature identification codes in the fields Feature 1 and Feature 2; for example NAT (nationality) or DOB (date of birth).
You can also use these input fields online. The report results are automatically displayed as a list if you choose Execute.
