Description
Pension recipient statistics are government-mandated statistics.
A data record must be sent to the Federal Statistical Office Germany or the State Statistics Office for each recipient of pension payments who received benefits according to the public sector employee or soldier pension rights or according to public sector legal regulations in the previous year or in the reporting month. The statistics are created in January of each year. For example, for survey year 2019, the data from the payroll months of January 2018 to December 2018 and reporting month January 2019 is relevant.
Notifications are only created for personnel numbers for which there is at least one record of infotype Pension Payment (0322) or one record of infotype Public Sector Statistics (0271) - subtype Pension Recipient Statistics (05). To create the data record, both master data and payroll results are read for the personnel number. If no pension payments were made in the reporting period, no data record is created (these must be included in cumulations 69 or 70).
This report creates university statistics in the XML version that is required as of 2019.
Prerequisites
When setting up the payroll for pension recipients, all wage types used in this environment must be checked to see if they are included in cumulations 69 and 70. Features DOVS1, DOVS2, and DOVS3 must still be maintained.
Selection
The following blocks are included in the selection screen in addition to the usual fields from the logical database:
Platform
- Application server
For this option, generated reporting data in saved on the application server in the directory set up using Customizing.
- Work Center (PC)
If you choose the file generation on the work center computer, a new input field opens where you can enter the file directory for storage.
General Program Control
- Year of Survey
- Include Personnel Number
If you select this checkbox, the personnel number is included in the data record.
- Pension Recipient Data
If you select this checkbox, a list with the data reported in the data carrier of the pension recipient in addition to the list of Notes is output. To evaluate this list, select checkbox Include Personnel Number (see above).
- Real Delivery
Checkbox Real Delivery can be set in productive systems only. If the checkbox is not selected, a test file is generated. Delivered test data is discarded after the recipient has performed the receiving and preliminary check.
Output
The report log is divided into the following sections:
- Pension Recipient Data
The table of the processed individual cases is displayed here.
- Created Files
All XML files that were generated are displayed here. You can use the Display XML pushbutton to display the content of an XML file.
- Statistics
The following details are output:
- selected: Number of employees selected based on the selection criteria.
- of which ignored: Number of employees for whom no data record was created as there was no infotype Pension Payment (0322) or Public Sector Statistics (0271) - subtype Pension Recipient Statistics (05), or for whom no pension payment was made according to the payroll results.
- reported: Number of employees for whom a data record was created.
- of which with warning message: Number of employees for whom a data record was created, but not all fields could be determined correctly. A warning message at least was created for these personnel numbers.
- with errors: Number of employees for whom no data record was created.
