RPTARQAPP - Leave Requests: Approve Documents on Own Behalf

Purpose

You can use this program to approve your employees' leave requests.

Output

The system displays a list of all newly created, changed, and deleted leave requests that are subject to approval and have not yet been approved. If you define and save a list layout, you can select this by means of the ALV Layout option on the report selection screen.

Activities

• If you want to approve a leave request, select the relevant entry and choose Approve.

• If you want to reject a leave request, select the relevant entry and choose Reject.

The employee is automatically notified of the new status of his or her leave request.
