Purpose

This report creates a list of the day balances, cumulated balances (period balances), or time wage types that are determined by time evaluation. The report displays the results in the format: Hours:Minutes.

The main difference between the two reports is the display format. In addition, the Cumulated Time Evaluation Results: Time Balances/Time Wage Types (Japan) (RPTBALJ0) report does not allow you to do the following:

  • Use the Hourly limits for cumulated balances (RPTBAL00) (LIMIT) feature to define threshold values for individual time types or wage types
  • Specify a data layout to for the results
  • Call up a business graphic from the results

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Asia/Pacific -> Japan -> Info system -> Employee -> Cumulated Time Evaluation Results: Time Balances/Wage Types (Japan).
