RPTBPCH0 - Generate absence qouta consumption (HU)

Program objectives

A Hungary-specific utility for report RPTBPC10 Generate leave and quota consumption.

Specifying selection criteria

• Log output: (checkbox) the program generates a list of data processed.

• Save new consumption: (checkbox) the recalculated values are only saved if this checkbox is selected.

Program operation

Utility program RPTBPC10 Generate leave and quota consumption rebuilds absence and attendance quotas. However, when using it, sick leave quota and the related absences cannot be excluded, therefore, when running this report in update mode, sick-leave related entries are deleted frp, table PTQUODED. Using this program, this incorrect operation can be prevented.

This program calls report RPTBPC10 excluding sick leave quota from the processed absence quotas and, from the processed absences, it excludes the related absences (covered with sick pay). For this, the valid sick leave quota codes are read from table T5H4E (code type: 07), while absence codes are determined based on table T5H4J (action type: 1).
