RPTCC102 - HRPDC: Download Employee Time Balances

Description

This report sends employee balances to time recording systems.

Employees can access the balances at the time recording terminal.

Requirements

Procedure

Choose a key date on which you want to send the data to the time recording system.

Enter the necessary data in the selection fields Target system and Log.

Output

Example

You want your employees to be able to access their flextime balance and their leave entitlement at the time recording terminal.

Notes

You can define the balances which can be accessed by employees in Customizing step Define data to be displayed at the terminal in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel Time Events.
