Description

This report sends attendance and absence reasons to time recording systems.

Employees can record attendances or absences for the attendance or absence reasons at the time recording terminals.

Requirements

Procedure

Choose the languages in which you want to display the attendance and absence reasons at the time recording terminal.

Enter the necessary data in the selection fields Target system and Log.

Output

Example

You want one group of employees to be able to post business trips at the time recording terminal. You want another group to be able to post doctor's appointments at the terminal.

Notes

You can define which attendance and absence reasons can be recorded by which employees at the time recording system in the Customizing step Maintain attendance/absence reasons in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel Time Events.
