RPTCORERR_ALL - Clock-In/Out Corrections: Process Errors in Entries
ABAP Short Reference General Material DataThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You can use this program to process clock-in/out corrections that, for technical reasons, the system was unable to save in the Time Events infotype (2011). This may be caused for one of the following reasons:
- The time event was already created by someone else.
- The changed time event was already deleted by someone else.
This program is intended for simultaneous error handling of all affected correction requests. You should use it in cases where you want to evaluate more than 50 employees. If you want to restrict the number of employees evaluated, you can use the RPTCORERR report, which you can access by choosing the Evaluation with Selection button on the selection screen.
Activities
This program lists the data records with errors so that you can process them. To process them, proceed as follows:
- Check the error situation in the application you use to administrate time data. Process the clock-in/out entry as specified in the corresponding clock-in/out correction and save.
- If no error message appears, the system was now able to process the time event without problems.
- If an error message appears, correct the error if possible.
- Return to this program. Assign a status for each clock-in/out correction according to whether you were able to resolve the error.
- If you were able to save the time event in the system, select the relevant entry and choose Approve. The data record is now assigned the status Postedin the document database.
- If you were unable to save the time event in the system, select the relevant entry and choose
Reject. The data record is now assigned the status Rejectedin the document database.
The employee is automatically notified that the clock-in/out correction could not be processed.
