RPTFWSPOST - Daily Work Schedule Substitution Creation

Purpose

Using the Web application for Daily Work Schedule Management, employee s can change their daily work schedules (DWS).

When the line manager approves the employees' requests, you can record the DWS changes in the back-end system by using this report to create records in the Substitutions (2003) infotype.

Integration

Prerequisites

In the Customizing activity Specify System Reactions to Overlapping Time Infotypes, you have determined the system reactions when the new records of infotype 2003 conflicting with other time infotypes.

You can access this activity in Customizing for Personnel Management, under Employee Self-Service (Web Dynpro ABAP) -> Service-Specific Settings -> Settings for Country-Specific Services -> Japan -> Working Time -> Flexible Work Schedule -> Specify System Reaction to Overlapping Time Infotypes.

Features

In the Customizing activity Define Report Variants and Background Processing, you can define a schedule to run this report in the background at regular intervals. If any error occurs during the background running, the system notifies you automatically by e-mail.

You can make the setting in Customizing for Personnel Management, under Employee Self-Service (Web Dynpro ABAP) -> Service-Specific Settings -> Settings for Country-Specific Services -> Japan -> Working Time -> Flexible Work Schedule -> Define Report Variants and Background Processing.

Selection

You can determine whether to process the requests that did not cause successful infotype update in the previous report run.

In addition, you can decide whtether the report resets the day type attribute for the generated infotype records.

Standard Variants

Output

You can select each record to access more information about the corresponding request, such as the employee who raised this request, the approver, and what is the change in DWS and so on.
