RPTKUAA0 - Short-Time Working Subsidy

Purpose

You can use this report to create, based on various selection criteria, a list of employees granted a reduced hours subsidy. This list can be used as a basis for payroll with the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS).

Integration

Prerequisites

The evaluation is based on payroll results and cumulation wage types, whose Customizing is stored in the following tables:

• Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types - Overview - (V_T596I)

• Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types (Customer Table) - (V_T596J)

• Dynamic Assignment of Cumulation Wage Types to Fields - (V_T596X)

The subapplication used for this is COVR. Check the corresponding summation in view V_T596I, and adjust this where necessary in view V_T596J.

Features

Selection

As the basis for the evaluation, you can choose to use

• payroll results or

• simulated payroll results (maintain the feature ASIM for subapplication COVR

for this).

To be able to compare the list output with the results for an employee more easily, the rows in the output correspond to the employee’s WPBP split. For the purpose of transmission to AMS, you can compress the rows per short-time work payroll period.

Standard Variants

Output

The output list shows the employees entitled to a short-time working subsidy. The output is as an ALV list and can be used as a basis for payroll with AMS (for example, its AMS XLS project file) (variant 02SAP).

The variant 02SAP provided by SAP contains additional fields that do not need to be transferred to AMS, but that you can use to compare the results internally.

For (COVID) short-time working subsidy cases in phase ii (as of June 1, 2020), a separate variant (03SAP) was made available. The main difference from phase i is that now associated public holidays also need to be shown separately, meaning that, for example, "Leave/Time Credit Taken" needs to be adjusted by the associated public holidays.

Activities

Note the AMS specifications currently valid with regard to the fields to be transmitted (format and so on) before you transfer the relevant data from the created ALV list.
For this, it may be necessary to remove certain fields that were for control purposes only after conversion to another format (for example, CSV). In the variant 02SAP, these are the fields that are arranged to the left of the SI number.
