Title

This program is intended for displaying particular leave entitlements.

Purpose

Integration

To run the program, employees and year for the calculation must be specified. Other items are similiar and available like the ones in other standard Motor reports.

Features

Selection

The selection screen contains several additional parameters.

The PERIOD parameter group is ignored. Since the report runs allways for

the whole calendar year. In case the employee has more independent work contracts

in a year, only the last one is taken into the account.

  • YEAR - required selection field
  • Display detail - provides all information used as a base for entitlement calculation.
  • Display recapitulation - to display the resulting recapitulation
  • Only different entitlements - display only people with entitlements different from the ones in IT0005
  • Only items could be reduced - dispaly only items that can be reduced
  • Only overdrawn leave - display only people with overdrawn leave.
  • Normal;Leave entitlem. = overdr.leave - if selected, counted in leave entitlement in the map is adjusted to the value of the overdrawn leave. Otherwise, only counted in leave entitlement is loaded ionto the map.
  • Create map - in case you want to perform a mass adjustment of entitlements as counted by the system, a map can be generated to fix all these records.
  • Map name - enter a map name
  • File name for download - when a map is generated, a change record is written into a file

Only overdrawn leave - display only people with overdrawn leave.

Standard Variants

The program takes into account the following parameters:

Employee who entered the first day of month is entitled to take leave in this month. If the entry takes place on any subsequent day, no leave entitlement exists. This does not apply if a preceding employment is filled in and there are no days between the end of the preceding employment and begin of the new employment the empolyee did not work. School is considered to be a preceding employment as well.

End of period may be caused by a regular record in IT0000 or when an employee has a fixed term employment.
