Purpose

You use this report to analyze different types of overtime and availability at person level and personnel assignment level.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • The report analyzes time evaluation data; therefore, you must run time evaluation up to the key date.
  • For employees with a dispense quota, you must enter the appropriate number of hours in the Absence Quotas infotype (2006).
  • You have specified the time and payroll data you want to evaluate in Customizing for Payrollby choosing Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Payroll -> General Reporting -> Overtime -> Check Wage Types, Absence/Attendance/Time Types and Check Payroll Constants.

Features

Selection

  • Key Date
Enter a reporting period by a key date. The report evaluates the time results and quotas between the first day of a calendar year and the key date.
  • Form Name
Specifies which time and quota data you want the system to evaluate.

Standard Variants

Output

If there is only one personnel assignment, the data and signals are displayed on the same line. If there are more personnel assignments, the overtime data is displayed for each personnel assignment, and the signals are displayed on separate summary lines that are created for each organizational number and person.

Summary of all three types of overtime specified above

Hours of additional overtime permitted by the employee
  • Available Overtime
Shows how much available overtime for an employee is left . The value is determined as a statutory limit (T511K-PSOTL) - Sum + Dispense quota .

Hours of availablity
  • Signals
    These fields indicate that the values in some fields have reached a level that requires the time administrator's attention.
1 - Value of Sum exceeds stautory limit (T511K-SOTLM) in a particular month
3 - Value of Available Overtime is less than limit (T511K-SOTLS) in a particular month
4 - Value of Sum exceeds statutory limit (T511K-PSOTL) for the whole year
5 - Value of Availabilityexceeds statutory limit (T511K-SJOLM) in a particular month
  • Compensation Bank
Shows how many hours are available in the overtime quota, that is, the number of hours that can be compensated by absence.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Public Sector -> Subsequent Activities -> Per Payroll Period -> Overtime.
