Purpose

You use this program for destroying data using the archiving object HR: Availabilities (HRTIM_AVAL).

You use this write program to temporarily transfer the availability data selected in preprocessing program RPT_AVAILABILITY_PRE to an archive file so that you can then destroy the data using delete program RPT_AVAILABILITY_DELETE.

No data is deleted from the database during the write phase.

Prerequisites

  • You are familiar with archiving object HTRIM_AVAL.
  • Preprocessing program RPT_AVAILABILTIY_PRE has selected the availability data to be destroyed and has generated a run ID.
