RPT_FORMMD_TO_FILE - Downloading Form

Purpose

You use this report to download forms as templates and store them for system-independent use. These templates can be used as a basis for new forms with similar question blocks in the Generic Form Designer and therefore reduce the administrative load, prevent errors and improve consistency.

Integration

You can upload form templates using reportRPT_FILE_TO_FORM.

Prerequisites

Features

Specify the forms you wish to download.

Selection

You can select a specific form giving the following inputs:

• Context ID

• Form ID

• Course Offering ID

• File path (location where you want to save the form)
