RPT_OVT_POST - My Overtime Requests: Post Requests

Purpose
You can use this report to post approved requests submitted using the My Overtime Requests app to infotype Attendance Quotas(2007).
It is recommended to run this report in the background, and to schedule it regularly (e.g., daily, or weekly).
Integration
Prerequisites
You have run the report My Overtime Requests: Send E-Mails (RPT_OVT_EMAIL). The runs of this reports should not overlap. This ensures that approvers are informed of requests requiring approval, as well as requests not requiring approval.
Features
Selection
- You can decide how many requests are processed before the report updates the request database in the Database group box. If the lock table overflows when the report is run, choose a lower value.
- You can decide whether requests that could not be posted to infotype Attendance Quotas (2007) for technical reasons are to be reconsidered when posted. Select Post with Infotype Match in the Records to Be Processed group box if you would like requests that have already been created as Attendance Quotas to automatically be indicated as posted.
- You can choose whether you want the report to issue a detailed log.
- You can restrict the report to individual personnel numbers for analysis and error handling in the Selection group box. For performance reasons, this restriction is not recommended when scheduling the report as a background job.

Output
To view requests submitted using the My Overtime Requestsapp on the database, you can double-click on a line in the log to branch to the report My Overtime Requests: Display Requests (RPT_OVT_DBVIEW).
