Accessing the program

Program name: RPU021H0 - copy 0021 utility.

Program objectives

Program functionality has changed from 2016!

This utility splits particular records of infotype 0021 and deletes data content of particular fields depending on the marking in the selection.

Specifying selection criteria

• Family member: code of subtype for which you want to run the program.

• Delete fields of IT0021: if it is selected, the program deletes the values of the following fields in the new record: Tax settlement code, Title, Incl. in prev. year, No. priv.months

• Test: If this checkbox is selected, the program will run in test mode and the database table will not be changed.

• Batch input session data: In production run, batch input session is created if field Session name is filled in, otherwise, data are changed directly!

Running the program

It is advised to run the utility at times when there is no ongoing data maintenance in the system.
