Description

This report converts table T5DBB. Depending on the content of field BTART, the report copies the content of field BSATZ into the new field BBETR and deletes the content of field BSATZ in this case.

BSATZ previously contained both percentages (BTART=01) and fixed amounts (BTART=02,03,04,05). This ambiguity is eliminated through this conversion: BSATZ now contains percentages only and fixed contributions are copied to BBETR.

When the table is read in the future (include RPCBL3D0 of RPCALCD0), either the field BSATZ or BBETR is relevant depending on the content of field BTART.

If an error results in an unsuccessful conversion during the upgrade, the report can also be started manually after the upgrade (any number of times). However, this must always be done before the HR payroll program RPCALCD0 is first called, otherwise the field BBETR may not contain a value and no contributions will be calculated.
