Title

Program for the conversion of social data tables and infotypes for version 4.6A

Purpose

This program is initiated during the installation of version 4.6A. Its purpose is to convert the data from certain French tables and infotypes. This conversion is made necessary by the extension of the following fields:

  • ORGAN AS contribution funds (from NUM3 to CHAR4)
  • REGNO Charge model (from NUM3 to CHAR4)
  • COTIS Social charges and tax expenses on employees (from CHAR2 to CHAR4)
  • MOTDS Social Data Transfer Modifier (from CHAR2 to CHAR4)
  • SEQUN Particular rule code for assessment basis (from CHAR3 to CHAR4)

The data contained in the modified fields must be framed to the right and supplemented to the left by zeros.

The following infotypes are concerned by these modifications:

  • Social data (0064)

  • Pension fund number (0218)

The tables concerned are as follows:

  • T5F1A France AS agencies

  • T5F1B Social contributions

  • T5F1C Social contributions: rates and wage types

  • T5F1D Contributions plan

  • T5F1E AS Agencies: addresses

  • T5F1F Assignment to the Social insurance fund model France

  • T5F1H Modification of the calculation basis for the contributions

  • T5F1I Fund model

  • T5F1P Personnel domain/subdomain (France)

  • T5F1Q Work accident codes

  • T5F1S Social Data Transfer Entries

  • T5F1T Designation of contribution plans

  • T5F3C Contributions and agencies for profit-sharing

  • T5F4S Personnel types associated with the charge models

This program performs the conversion of data from the tables and infotypes in all the clients.

Activities

Check the nature of the message displayed by the system during the execution of the program. In the event of errors, correct them before restarting the program.
