Title

XPRA-Report: Clear Identification of Texts in Payroll Schemas

Purpose

The report fills the new field for 4.6A, TEXTID, with the line number SEQNO in the tables T52C0 (SAP standard schemas) and T52C1 (customer schemas). This guarantees that every line of the schema clearly shows a descriptive text (in table T52C2 or T52C3).

Integration

Prerequisites

This report usually runs completely automatically in the XPRA phase of the upgrade to Release 4.6A and is not required again afterwards.

If it was not exited during the upgrade but removed from the XPRA phase you must start it again manually. As described in the source code, you can activate the section called 'select options and parameters' and deactivate the corresponding DATA statements. This gives you the option of determining the client for table T52C1 (Parameter 'CLIENT'), and you can set a test switch that prevents the database update.
